Hi karthika,
Possibly, you have UTI or urinary tract infection. Symptoms like frequent urge to urinate, passing out small amount of urine and bad smell urine is the common sign of UTI. The reason why it happens is because of the bacteria present in the urinary tract due to poor hygiene or other reason causing the bacteria to invade you urinary tract. Treatment for this includes antibiotic therapy. Go to your doctor and ask for prescription of the drug. Early intervention is good for early cure.
Please, may know the normal time to urinate at night. Also what can i do to prevent premature ejaculation?
Daniel,
The usual urinating time at night is before and after the sleeping hours, although some experience urinating in the middle of the night, it happens only once. That is for normal person without health problems and did not drink beverages like alcohol or coffee. For premature ejaculation, better consult your doctor because there were things to consider in treating that kind of problem.
i have the sudden urge to urinate and sometimes its is uncontrollable .please help
Hi Betty,
Urinary urgency or strong sensation of needing to urinate can be caused by overactive bladder, other medical conditions, such as a urinary tract infection, and as a side effect of medications. Either which cause it is, the treatment depends on the cause of sudden urge to urinate. First you have to let your doctor diagnose your problem, if you have overactive bladder, doctor can prescribe drugs called anticholinergics that keep the muscle of the bladder more relaxed. urinary tract infection can be treated by antibiotics and ones the infection is treated the urgency to urinate will also vanish. If medications can cause the urgency, better tell your doctor and switch off to another medication. Remeber to diagnose first the problem before taking treatments.
I urinate frequently than before and I feel pain in my anus especialy when i deficate. My penis also is not as strong as before buring erection. Please advise me on what to do. Thanks
Hi Bright,
Since you have said that you urinate frequently compared before, it may result to dehydration and eventually to constipation. Constipation happens when the water is not enough in the large intestine that makes you feel hard to defecate and feel pain. I suggest that you drink water 6-8 glass a day. Don’t drink too much, just the right amount of water in a day. Now, pertaining to your problem about erection, it should be thoroughly examined but dehydration also can be a cause here. For the frequent urination problem, it may be because of overactive bladder. The treatment vary on how much is the extent of the problem. For now, do muscle toning exercise like Kegel’s exercise to strengthen your muscle control in urinating. If symptoms persist, go to your doctor.
Hi I have bn having this urge to urinate every 2munites and its painful and its cloudy n comes with fever mostimes my vigina hurts what can I do abt it
HI Jane,
You might have UTI or urinary tract infection. That is base on the symptoms present on you. I advise you to ask for prescription of antibiotic drugs from you Doctor and take it as prescribe, and also right amount of water so that it will help flush out the remaining toxins in your body. For your fever, take antipyretic drug. If you can’t visit your doctor one of the most popular medications available without a prescription is Uristat. Uristat will not cure your UTI, but it can provide relief from the symptoms. Alternatives to treat UTIs include large doses of vitamin C to help to make your urine acidic and reduce the harmful bacteria in the urinary tract. Cranberry juice is also a popular treatment, though it is important to remember to drink pure cranberry juice and not a cranberry juice cocktail, which has a lot of added sugar. Take action right away.
i do urinate every after 2 hours and i do wake up every night at around 4pm stil to urinate and besides that i also have iches around my private part that couse small wounds what should i do…………………………or god
Hi Kaks,
First, urinating every 2 hours is disturbing and I think it needs medical check up. After you urinate I advice you to do proper hygiene, like wiping your genital area from front to back because the itches that you felt may cause by bacteria from your urine. Avoid scratching it with your hand because it may cause infection. Drink water in right amount. Re-hydration plays an important role in these scenario. Healthy lifestyle should be observe and consult your Doctor if symptoms persist.

hello,
for the past 3 years ive been having the problem of frequent urination,i tend to go to the toilet every one hour during the day even without drinking water.i have a habit of drinking a lot of soft drings. but this only occurs intermittently.its not like this during night.during noon i tend to urinate a lot.does it have anything to do with diabaties..im just 20yrs old..do i have UTI? And is this anyway concerned with excessive masturbation?
Hi,
Yes, there were possibilities that you have diabetes but it is good if you go to your doctor and check for your blood sugar just to make sure. Soft drinks also cause frequent urination and I suggest that instead of soft drinks, water would be enough. Drink 6 to 6 glasses of water a day in order for you to get re hydrated and to flush out the unwanted toxins in the body. Other possible cause is overactive bladder. having this problem makes you urinate frequently at day and night. Please limit your masturbation because this sometimes cause UTI. Observe good hygiene.
So I constantly urination during the day (minimum of 8 times) but it gets worst at night. And right after I go – have to go again. It gets really annoying because I lose sleep over this because I’m always getting out of bed!!! What could be the cause of this???

Overactive bladder may be the cause of condition. The symptoms that you have is really alarming so i recommend if you visit your doctor and seek for medical help. It is better to be sure than be sorry later.

Hi,
I suggest if you drink only 6 to 8 glasses of water a day because the more amount of water to drink, the more times you will be urinating.

Hi diane,
First, we have to know the real cause of the problem, it is good to have a good assessment of ourselves. The most common problem involving urinating a lot is the problem in the bladder. kegels exercise is one way to minimize the urination. Also, drink right amount of water in a day. As you see on the articles, there were lot of information that will help you a lot.
hi,
I am 32. I drink 2-3 Lt liquid in a day. And getting frequent urination. (10-15 times) Sometimes I go 2-3 times in an hour. I don’t have any pain or bad smell in my urine. And it is not in small amounts. I sometimes wake up during the night for once or not.
I don’t have any other health concerns.I don’t take any medications. I have a healthy diet. I don’t eat much salty and fatty food.
What should I do?
Thanks
Liz,
The recommended amount of water to drink in a day is 6 to 8 glasses but it also depends on the activities that you have done. Dont drink too much. The amount of water that you drink affects the amount of urine you produce. If you want to have a good night sleep, limit your water intake close to bed time.
